Terms & Conditions
1. FEES: All fees are subject to change. 2. DEPOSIT: A credit card is required to confirm your reservation at both hotels and golf courses. 3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Any golf package may be cancelled up to seven days prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations received less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival will be assessed 100% of all monies collected. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the package once any part is used. 4. CHANGE POLICY: Once tee time reservations have been confirmed, if a reservation confirmation have been issued, a $25.00 fee will be assessed per tee time and/or course selection change required by client. A new reservation confirmation will be issued upon surrender of old reservation. 5. INCLEMENT WEATHER: Defined as rain, lightning, freezing temperatures. If the golf course closes on the day of your scheduled play due to inclement weather, please have the golf professional at that course sign the reservation confirmation. It is the responsibility of the golfer to notify the Jackson County Convention and Visitor Bureau for a refund of the unused portion of the package. 6. UNLIMITED GREEN FEES: Golfers who want to take advantage of the unlimited green fee opportunity should arrange tee times at time of booking and are subject to availability. 7. DRESS CODE: Please contact desired golf course for appropriate dress. Many courses are spikeless; all require shoes and shirts. 8. RESPONSIBILITY: The Jackson County Convention and Visitor Bureau has made every effort to assure the accuracy of the information on this website and cannot guarantee accuracy or be held responsible for omissions or errors.
