Year-round Events and Attractions

In addition to the natural spectacle of birds nesting in and migrating through the area, Jackson County hosts many community events and festivals geared toward bird lovers throughout the year.

Some festivals, like our Sandhill Crane Festival, are still in their fledgling stages. We hope that an outpouring of interest from the bird watching community will help events like this one take off.
