Session #1: How to Thrive in a Tough Market, Feb. 11

Why do some companies struggle for every sale while others consistently uncover new opportunities, develop them, and gain new business even in this tough market? Are they lucky? Are they just in the right place at the right time? In this session, the first in our Tough Market Sales Boot Camp Series, sales guru Joe Marr will share how actions guided by truth will allow you to "be in the right place at the right time" when little seems to be going right in the market.
Note: This session is of particular value to all business owners and decision-making executives and not just your company sales staff. If you have a leadership role in your company, we strongly encourage you to attend!

Session #2: How to Get More Referral Business from Your Customers, Feb. 18

Is getting more business from existing customers tougher and tougher, and does asking for more business create pressure situations with customers? This second session of our Tough Market Sales Boot Camp Series focuses on cross-selling and up-selling and how to be effective in getting more referrals inside and outside of customer organizations without putting your customers on the defensive.

Session #3: How to Restart Stalled Prospects by Setting Ground Rules, Feb. 25

Have many projects or builds that you’ve already bid stall indefinitely and you find yourself just waiting them out? During this final Tough Market Sales Boot Camp Series session, sales expert Joe Marr will teach the skills
needed to help a sales person or a company regain and keep the momentum in sales situations through resetting the plan in each situation and either un-stalling the opportunity or putting it into the “dead” file. Come learn
from a real pro how to close every deal with style!

About the Trainer: Joe Marr has headed up Sandler Training–Ann Arbor for over 8 years. He has 30 years
experience organizing, training, coaching and managing sales professionals and sales managers.
In executive sales and training positions in the manufacturing world, Joe was responsible for the technical and sales fundamentals training of over 1,000 sales people worldwide in support of a $110 million business. A
native of Ann Arbor, Joe's mission is to help business people to become as effective in selling and sales management as they are in the rest of their business.
